Let me start by saying I have a #1 rule of reviewing ANY restaurant (especially Chinese and Mexican ones as I have had HORRIBLE ahem "issues" later on with them) and that is to WAIT 24 hours until the food settles or decides to make another appearance!!! That being said 24 hours later and . . . I do like this place!

For a small town like Hinesville it has been the best I have experienced! The food was clean tasting not as if it has been cooked in the same wok or pre-made. The fried food, such as the veggie rolls, to me seam as they were cooked in oil that was the proper temperature so they didn't arrive to us as a log of grease!

For the seafood part of the meal there were no portions that were skimpy on meat which usually happens. The General Tso Chicken was crunchy as it was suppose to be and the Moo Goo Gia Pan sauce was amazing.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was overly friendly! The four stars are for portion sizes, ease of ordering online (if you like your food hotter or if you have always liked a dish but it had too much kick they have an option online to make it without it!) and its accuracy, time in preparation , cleanliness of the restaurant, hours, and presentation of food.
I can't give it 5 stars only because I haven't tried a few of chefs specials and they do not deliver. In such a small area that would be an added benefit. Also I would like to try a lunch time special and dine in to truly experience this place!

I have frequented this restaurant often. I do wish that they delivered but it is not very far from my residence so that is a plus. Sometimes they do give me white rice instead of lo mein but that is also my error for not checking before i leave. Thanks
